University of Toronto Chestnut Residence and Conference Centre
2013 is a pivotal year for our province-wide conference, building on the exciting momentum from the past four events. Last year we hit a new milestone, selling out the event and drawing over 250 leaders and policy experts from across the nonprofit sector. This is the only conference that spans the breadth of the sector and Ontario.
This year we’re spotlighting hot button issues and their impact on the sector’s future, identifying trends and tactics, going in-depth on key topics and releasing results from our first phase of work on human capital renewal. See the Conference Agenda here.
Building communities, building a movement
The sector has built up great momentum working together: successes such as ONCA developments and Open for Business initiatives have put sector faces in more leadership roles, adding our voices on community wealth and the economic health of Ontario. Years of hard work are paying off – but on the other side, we still face challenging policy, financial and leadership constraints.
Work that network
The ONN Conference attracts experts and leaders across the sector, bringing together community builders, funders and government representatives coming from all over Ontario. This is the only province-wide event for all nonprofits from all sub-sectors.
